I currently have very little free time and really appreciate if you do your research first before asking your questions below. I wish you a good time and thank you for your support.
I've recently discovered this mod after returning to FO4 (thx to the TV Show of course) and it is quite simply EXACTLY what I was looking for. I use it in combination with Moonracer's "Loot Logic" and both achieve, in a very lightweight and simple way, what I've been looking for all these years of playing survival mode (I am very minimalistic in my approach to mods and the less scripts the better - imo).
I cannot thank you enough. My wasteland makes sense now and I can build my own vision of survival largely thanks to this (and Moonracer's) mod. It is absolutely fantastic to enter zones and not stumble over a myriad of items.
TYVM.
Edit: Also works flawless with New Gen patch(es) and so far (40hrs in) NO important/special or unique item was missing
Yes it is. I use that mod a lot and most of the times, I've been unable to complete that quest for precisely the reason you state; at least 2 of the 5 items are gotten rid of by SKK.
it "clashes" in the sense that the items removed wont have the ownership records. you don't have to worry about ownership records of items removed. so, in my opinion, no. lol just load this after.
Man, after playing with this installed for a few days I can *finally* see my resources going down instead of constantly climbing lol. There comes a point when you're feeling like Ritchie Rich with almost 200k caps and more resources/items than you could ever burn through even building 20+ settler settlements over build limits one after another and it just kills the fun for me. This was the perfect balance I needed, now I don't feel like the world is a never-ending loot spree. I have to work for my income now! Scav stations are mandatory (especially for the rarer components and things you use a lot like aluminum), my stores of equipment aren't neverending anymore (despite gearing up like 10 full settlements), and I've already cut my caps in half since installing. Loot feels more random now, you might get some open-world loot in a newly explored area you might not. You might get some loot in a long-abandoned area regenerated, you might not. I get a lot of that disappointed feeling I'd almost forgotten about when I go somewhere expecting loot and there's none to be found lmao. Hallelujeah!
Hello, humble request in a stupid situation. I decided to uninstall the mod for a playthrough. I had it through MO2 not manual install, so i just unchecked it. now my new save file still had the loot systematically disappearing. I'm starting outside v111 with start me up and the dirty water next to deacon's surveillance spot disappears after about 5 seconds, the same happens as far as concord. I have tried making multiple new saves and making sure and mods depending on looted world are also disabled. if anyone has any ideas please drop a comment. thanks in advance.
Looted World is incapable of making items disappear seconds after encountering them. With Looted World items either exist or they don't at all. And since you disabled Looted World there's no way it could still affect your game. What you're describing sounds more like a mod that dynamically reduces loot via scripts that you still have enabled.
Does this conflict with the perks of scrounger and finding more caps/ammunition in containers after applying those perks? I would still like those to work if possible.
It'd be interesting to see if Loot logic and Looted world could somehow work together as I like the scarcity this mod provides but the logic of like... expecting soap to be in a bathroom mirror cabinet rather than some dandy boy apples or something.. both are good mods of course! It's just a matter of deciding what I want to see in my game I guess lol

Thanks again for a quality of life mod,
you don't have to worry about ownership records of items removed.

I enjoy a more immersive adventure.
By the way, does this mod affect previs?
Do I need to make a patch to use it with the Previsibines Repair Pack?
I will continue to use this mod.
So thankful for all your work and the quality of your releases, another great addition I'm about to drop into my current playthrough.

Did you have any luck?
Which one did you put beneath the other in your load order?
Or basically Loot Logic has higher priority
