Author notes
Since this is just a patch you'll need permission from the author of MCAM (MikeMoore). If you have that, feel free to use this however you wish, though I wouldn't mind a DM (if nothing else so I can take a peek at what you've done with it).

Changelogs
Version 3.0.1
Updated to the latest version of MCAM which fixed the Raiju audio CTD.
This mod takes the lovely MCAM and cuts it down to just the weapons, which are then integrated via manual level list edits. Use this for most of my load orders and got perms to upload so here it is. Probably won't work with patches for the original MCAM esp, but might adapt some patches for mods I use when I get around to it (and get permission etc).
Old MCAM Patch Compatibility: Cyberout - Affects weapons so should work with the ESP version, might see about getting perms for the ESL version (though XEdit autoupdates records, so if you compress records then flag the ESP with the patch active it should work).
DA Loot - Technically the old patch works for this, though all it does from looking in XEdit appears to be editing the LL so they work together (something a Bash Patch does). If wrong I'll give it a second look and see if I can get perms.
Horizon - No idea, and I'm not installing an entire Horizon setup to check. Might play with Horizon at some point, but that's another LO or two away. I'd try the version without LL integration first, since the patch seems to integrate LL itself, but don't guarantee they'll work without some minor XEdit work.
Retextures - Should work fine if they're just retextures, if it adds other stuff might have to check in XEdit.
Translations - No idea honestly. I play in English so can't really check...
