Didn't realize it got an update, currently using this patch will revert to the older version due to the modified ESP, I'll update it this weekend most likely.
I'll be honest, I wasn't aware of that issue and haven't run into it myself (which could just be due to me constantly making new LO's and not seeing it spawn (lots of weapon mods and all that) etc), but will take a look at it later today to see if I can replicate the issue.
E: Looking over the MCAM bug section, it looks mostly like people who either downloaded a bunch of stuff, have no idea what they're doing, don't check for conflicts or D, all of the above. However the Raiju thing does look like an actual report so I'll definitely hop in game later to check.
Finally got around to testing it, see the issue. Going to remove it from LL in the integration version but leave it so that if the sound gets fixed (or I want to fix it myself down the road) I can just change a record.
E: Soon as Nexus uploads the ESL version (/allows me to upload it and stops thinking about it) it'll be updated and good to go. Can be obtained via console, but will cause crashes so I'd advise not to. Should be safe to update, but if you change versions (such as starting to use the ESL flagged after using the ESP or vice versa) items might disappear in existing saves due to the ESP records changing.
Normally if I was uploading all the little patches in my LO I would just make one mod page... However, with four files (plus any patching I end up doing...) I figured this was good enough.

I remember the Raiju weapon caused CTD based on some missing sound wav file, do you patch take that into account?
