- Fixed an issue were talking to the Overseer would stall if both Family Ties and New Friends is active the same time. It'll now prioritize finishing up the Family Ties dialogue before continuing with New Friends.
- Fix is not 100% retroactive if bug have already been triggered and you'll have to do "SetStage Vlt04MS22 100" to finish up the Family Ties part.

Version 1.4.0
- Moved a few furnitures in Vault 4 Entrance cell that was either clipping or floating.
- Fixed elevator Navmesh that would prevent NPCs from properly using the elevator in Vault 4.
- Added quest markers for the Goons in Gunship Diplomacy. I ain't mugging half of Diamond City to find those tugs.
- Fixed Navmeshing issue inside Diamond City Strongroom that would sometimes prevent the NPCs from using the stairs.
- Changed Mike's weapon from LL_Weapons_Guns_Long to LLI_Gunner_SemiAuto as well as increased his level to 35.
- Increased Level for Chief Security Officer Roscoe to level 30.
- Increased Level for Deputy Security Officer Sanders to level 25.
- Increased Level for the Fourville Guards to level 15.
- These changes was done to give these NPCs a better variety of weapons they use rather than being defaulted to a level 1 weapon. (Weapons will only change for new saves.)
