About this mod

Addon for SS2 offering a larger choice of settlers that can become Leaders, using a mix of existing, renamed, and new traits. An equal number of new dynamic flags are added, with each added leader preferring a different flag for their settlement.

Currently adds 100 Leaders for Sim Settlements 2.

Settlers from Vanilla, SS2, and a collection of other mods* can now be selected to lead your settlements. In addition, each leader comes with a preferred dynamic flag; however, the flags have been left unlocked in case you like a flag but not the associated leader. With so many leaders added, a range of renamed and new traits have also been included to support diversity between your choice of leaders. Some leaders will be limited to certain settlements and/or locked behind quest progression.

New Leaders may be either Settlers or Companions. I love SS2 and the leaders system, so I made this to diversify my own play throughs; however, I may have gone a little mad. With 100 leaders in the first release, I haven't had a chance to comprehensively test every leader in my own games. I appreciate any feedback provided on any mistakes that may have crept in. As such, it may be useful to make some of my design choices transparent so you are able to identify what is actually a bug, and what was a design choice.

If a New Leader is a Settler, they should have:
  • A Preferred Flag (unique to this Leader, but available for the player to choose if they desire).
  • NO Major Trait.
  • 2 x Minor Traits.
  • 2 x Weaknesses.

If a New Leader is available as a Companion , they should have:
  • A Preferred Flag (unique to this Leader, but available for the player to choose if they desire).
  • 1 x Major Trait.
  • 3 x Minor Traits.
  • 3 x Weaknesses.

*Only the mods listed under the Requirements are needed to use this add-on. Leaders added from other mods (Ellen, Buttons, etc.) are only available if the mod is installed, if not, then they are ignored.

COMPATIBILITY
With SS2 you can have multiple leader packs with the same NPCs given leader cards. This way, you can have all the options added by any leader mods, then use the version you prefer for duplicated leaders.
