Version 2.01
Just added the requirement for Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2010 SP1(x86) as newer Win 11 systems don't generally have it automatically and as such the xWMAEncode.exe will not work. The xWMAEncode.exe is a MS DirectX tool that converts WAV audio to the audio format used in Fallout and Skyrim. My program converts all your music from various formats to WAV and then from WAV to Fallout audio format. Sadly there is no direct conversion route so needs two audio convertors. First ffmpeg.exe converts basically any audio format to WAV and then Microsoft's xWMAEncode.exe converts to their audio format used in games like Fallout and Skyrim.
Most systems will not have this issue, but fresh Windows installs like Win 10 or Win 11 will need this installed. Normally most people will have already installed games or programs that required and installed this by default so it is a pretty rare problem, but has happened a couple times that I know of now.
Uploaded a new zip file of the 2.0 program which now includes a updated 7-Zip component from July 2022 replacing the one from 2018. This should be a bit faster and better compression due to optimizations 7-Zip has made over the years. This really doesn't change anything, but since I was updating the requirements I might as well put the latest version of compression tool in there as well. If you have my music tool and it still works fine then this is an update you can skip unless you want to have a more optimized 7-Zip component. You probably won't notice a difference. If you are running Win 11 and having issues compressing then this might help as it is optimized more for Win 11 than the old version that was optimized more for Win 10.
