Replaces Purified Water with Institute Bottled Water.

This is a simple mod that retextures and renames Purified Water to Institute Bottled Water.
I made this mod for personal use but I figured there's a chance someone else might want to use it too.
Lorewise, in my headcanon, one of the Surface Initiatives of the new Director is purifying and supplying clean water to the subject settlements of the Institute, and branding these bottles with the Institute logo helps with PR efforts. Due to the sheer amount of water being supplied by the Institute, the Institute Bottled Water has practically replaced the regular Purified Water cans after a while.
Though, that only works lorewise when installing this after finishing the main story. But really, you could headcanon anything for this. Maybe the Institute, back when they were aiding with the creation of the CPG, helped supply water to the Commonwealth as a show of good faith? Maybe the Institute is secretly replacing all water cans with their own water that is contaminated with tiny microscopic robots that report back to the SRB??
Regular Institute Bottled Water still technically exists separately, being sold by the Synth Cafetaria worker, but it's basically identical to the regular water in this mod (Literally identical, if you have my mod that fixes its value, as well!)
