mother of fog is a companion ？
No.She's a follower, not a companion. If you are the enemy of Nucleus, She won't help you .

Will she die？
Yes, but not all……She 's some kind of spirit，And her soul is immortal……Ever her body is broken，even She died in the battle. We can also summon her……The only thing we need , is Mother's Icon……

What about other function？ 
Remade some COA  member 's name and attributes......Just like Children of atom follower and overhaul，But that mod just a demon for Servants of world creator ...So please don't use them together.
