Lighting improvments, clipping fixes and previs generated for the great Railroad Redone (HQ revison). Plus a compatibility patch between Railroad Redone and Tales from the Commonwealth.

Description
Railroad Redone (HQ revison)
 is a really great mod, though there are some pretty noticeble visual problems, and I'm personally not quite satified with the lighting. Since the mod are open-permission, I'd like to share my editing for this great mod with you guys.

What I did:
1. Fixed several clutter cliping problem;
2. Lighting improvements with many lights replaced with shadowed version, plus a few lighting related visual bugs fixed;
3. Previs generated to make the mod compatible with PRP (which you should really use to boost performance), plus performance boost since there are many new shadowed lights added. As a result, the performance is pretty identical to the original mod (or even better), with average 1000~4000 draw calls and maximum 7200 draw calls.

What I didn't do:
Edit NPC, the layout, navmesh or anything unrelated to my purpose.

Installation
Make sure you have the original Railroad Redone (HQ revison) installed first, then install this mod with your mod organizer.

Uninstall
Really not recommended, though I assume this should be safe as this mod only touches lights, a few clutter items, and previs.

Important!
1. As this mod touches lights (a lot) of the Railroad HQ cell, it's incompetible with lighting mods like Enhanced Lights and FX and Ultra Interior Lighting (Neither does the original mod). You'd experience strange lighting behavior with them working together. I'd recommend anyone who uses these kind of mod to delete the same cell from lighting mods in FO4Edit, quite simple.
2. Load the RRR - Improved.esp very low in your load order, so that its data would not be overwritten by other mods that edit the same cell (such as PRP), otherwise you'd experience severe flickering/floor disappearing etc. because the precombine system is interrupted.
