    Travel elsewhere, maybe into an interior. He will sell the key after a while.

    I haven't tested if the navmesh works in the .esl (ESLs are known to have navmesh issues)

      If you mean this mod, then yes. The description on that mod page says so.

    How customizable is this ? .
    I usually avoid player home mods .
    They are usually either too cluttered with unusable items or too Grungy ( like no one has ever heard of abraxo ).
    And most can't be cleaned / stripped and built the way i like .
    I like to completely customize an area myself .
    I love the concept and location , would love to try it .

      I haven't tested it yet but unless Zorkaz made their own custom assets it's highly likely that this is compatible with mods like Scrap Everything and Build Anywhere that let you completely customize any "settlement" area.

      i completely rebuilt the entire apartment with stuff from snapn build. makes it looks so much nicer with non broken windows and clean floors and walls. seems to be an issue with the lady's  npc package. she seems to hang out forever in far harbor. usually in front of brooks shop. def a great mod though. it is nice to see stuff lived in other than the player.

      well to build out side the "settlement" zone i have to place all my stuff inside the zone then move it out. i can scrap anything outside the zone though

      Due to Work i haven't been able to play this  past week . I'll be on it tonight though  and will upload some pics when completed .
      WARNING; My Homes might not be " lore  friendly " I like Them very clean and shiny . lol

      I would REALLY love to rehab the entire interior cell . 
      Is there any way to expand the workshop area ?
      My OCD  goes crazy every time i see the Hallway / Entry.   lol
      But I Love the Apartment .

      I freaked out when , after sleeping  , a settler appeared in the apartment !
      I was like WTH . , they are now Supplier to Tenpines .
      ( I hope no more show up lol )

      If you look into F04Edit, there is a "DefaultEmptyTrigger" in the "FHAApartmentcell".It has X, Y, Z bounds that you need to make bigger in order to have a bigger room size

    Hi

    Great mod! I dont get the wall pylon or electricity in the apartment, as you shown in the video. Where do you place the generator? I don't want to put it inside the apartment as it will be very noisy. Can you please create an electricity source outside the apartment so I can just place my own sockets and pylons etc?

    Thank you for this! It's always too easy to get rich in these games, it kinda takes the fun out of survival. Now i can finally spend my caps on something useful.

    Full unlocked settlement mode. Does this mean its a FULL settlement meaning I can send companions and NPCs there and more importantly I can put a supply route into it?

      Normal Settlement without attacks. But I cannot say how the navmesh in the .esl behaves. So if Companions will find it if sent there remotely.
      They will however sandbox if you dismiss them from within the apartment
