A small apartment just outside of Far Harbor with full settlement functions
apartment Basics
Has full settlement mode unlocked. No attacks of course.
Comes with with a basic water and power supply, as well as an
built-in oven to cook with. Also a bed is available.

You won't live alone. Another apartment has being rented by a mom, living with
her son and a cat
How to get the key
1. Either buy it from Brooks for at least 3500 caps (Or more)
2. Defeat a mirelurk queen on a tiny island not far from the village
