Version 1.1 uploaded with minor tweaks and fixes... a) expanded the build area and sandbox where the pier is because the boat was out of bounds. b) fixed a minor glitch of a wall piece inside the doorway of the main building that was duplicated for some reason and was causing some flickering due to texture overlap. Tweaked the navmesh of the stairs of the same building outside that had a bit of an error causing NPC's to try to walk through the rail.. re-enabled some of the plants that i had removed but i still cant see them all...(very weird and im guessing the precombines may be hiding them in game since they were generated with the plants disabled.. So i suggest claiming the workshop Before installing this mod and Make sure to SAVE AWAY before installing.. Its not a real issue since quest works fine but just to be 10000000000% sure :P
I was going to download but then I saw your installation advice. I don't know how this would work without messing up load order. If you add a mod at the end of your load order it breaks the point of loading mods in a certain order and if you move mods around it breaks strings in your save file. Sounds like a catch 22. It's always best to load in all of your mods in one specific order and NEVER change that order. And I'm sure you will say "it PROBABLY will be okay if you don't claim workshop first" but I am someone who play 1000+ hour play thrus and it's not worth it to me with "probably" only to find out at hour 834 that my game or a geographical section of it is borked. Sorry. Great mod otherwise.
When I try and load this mod, all of the walls on the buildings disappear whenever I get close to them. This is an issue I'm suddenly having on every single settlement mod I try and download on Vortex, and I have no clue why. How do I fix this?
you are using a mod that edits precombines like prp etc... You cant have 2 mods that edit the same space... load all of your modded locations LAST to fix the issue...
?Hello Geekrage, it's me again. I an trying to figure out why I cant get some of your settlements to work with my modlist. This particular one seems to crash me on startup of fallout 4.

Have no idea but 900+ mods is really out there...Anything could happen especially when adding mods that eat up some ram...
Have you tried putting it at the very bottom ?
Any type of global patch scares me...
Personally i never had a crash or CTD with this mod no matter how many saves i tested...both clean and dirty....(various characters from other players as well not my own...)
This sounds like the reference handle cap (when the load order has too many world edits). Symptoms, CTD when starting and 500 or more mods. Here is a link with more information and a great github xedit script can be found on that page to help diagnose each mods reference number. Turning mods into masters or removing mods are the only solutions
Um......it is your mod list. You know... your NINE HUNDRED MOD MOD LIST?
It is not anything specifically IN the mod list. it is THAT INSANE mod list.
Once you get above 200 mods, you are pushing stability. Once you hit 500... and you had better have one hell of a system, you are in the realm of the edges of reality.
Once you cross 500, and go above that? No matter how good a system, how much RAM, how many linked processors you are running, no matter what HD or SCSI space you have, or how many, or how many god level linked graphics processors, you are in totally unstable territory.
So much is happening, so much being run in your game, and from your hardware, so often concurrently, that even just 'misfires' or 'miscommunication' incidents, can become so numerous, and hit simultaneously across multiple mods in multiple categories, that your system and the programme, can just force things, or jump them entirely, at BEST, to try not to implode... or even explode.
I am not coder or modder, not a Computer Tech dude, but even I know this. The result is, a whole lot of things, or some of the newer things, added, just wont work properly, because they are either being denied full resources needed, or even having elements fully skipped, or ignored, so Scotty can barely keep her together Captain.
I am amazed that such a loadout has maintained any kind of integrity at all. You might argue a lot of people actually run well above the zone I call the safe limit, of around 200/250 mods.... the extreme end of the safe range, btw.... but all I can say is that THEY TOO amaze me their systems have not melted down yet. It is, as Greekrage said... really WAY OUT THERE.
At that level of over the top, you really cannot expect ANY mod authors to support you, if I am honest.
Sorry, just couldnt help it, the two other commenters were somewhat .... too tactful.. perhaps.... no. It has to be hammered home bro, that mod list in on another planet, and way way too much for any reasonable ability to trouble shoot, it is way too much to even expect anything to have an kind of assured stability. That you CAN run it, alone, at all, and even PLAY the game.. should be considered a miracle, everything else should just be accepted as self induced gremlins from having such an insane mod list.
I downloaded this a while ago, but only just had the chance to check it out. Honestly, this is the absolute best Warwick mod I have seen. It still looks like an authentic part of the game, but it's no longer the shite hole (pun intended ) that it was. I've never previously bothered with the place, because, like you, I found it incredibly depressing... I think that is about to change. Many thanks!
I'm fixing to download and install this settlement of yours (my favorites so far is the Boston Prison, Croup Manor, The Slog, and a few others); and was curious how difficult it would be to do an overhaul of "General Atomics Galleria". The reason I mention it is because a lot of your builds revolve around areas with bodies of water, and with the Galleria so close to the lake nearby, just thought to mention it in case it hasn't been in any of your other mod's comments. Thanks so much for all you've contributed to making Fallout 4 that much more worthy of playing. I'm currently in the process of switching companies that I work for (airline industry) and soon as I'm able I'd happily send a contribution for all your hard work (I'll look and see what and how to do that).
About the galleria... I have another mod on the other side of the lake that will surely conflict for users that would want to use both if i did the galleria....but thats another story... As for the galleria itself.. Its not that hard BUT the bowling alley is an internal cell so if i made the location a settlement that building would not be part of the settlement..for technical reasons..... I guess i will have to think about it a bit and see what i can do...since it is a nice place and probably fun to do... This ofc when im done with my latest "monstrosity ".... :P which i should have uploaded in a day or two... Heres a peek
It would be interesting to see the nearby Atom Cat's Garage turned into a new small port-like settlement. I think it's a good location on the water, the area just needs to be tore down and made into something nice, imo.
greekrage is right, i had tried building there with other mods that make it a functional settlement but: 1-trash and leveled paths or terrains cannot be scrapped (not even with mods like scrap everything) 2-precombines are such a mess here 3- some quest can break due to changes
When bethesda did the precombines and previs they did it for huge chunks of the map.. This means that many locations were done together hence they had common files .
When we do the generation for specific locations like ive done here for example the generation reaches out to more than the cell im generating for . This means if i did precomb/previs for both Atom cats and Warwick separately their outer cells would conflict resulting in resets.. When we do previs it generates in a grid of 3x3 cells with the cell im generating for as the center.... You can see the results if youre also using my Isolation mod which is next to Warwick that also has its own precomb/previs . Even though i havent gone into those cells physically while modding Warwick...The previs generation has...and it resets terrain at the cells closest to Warwick.
another great build, thanks, now the vanilla settlements left are the most challenging ones: Bunker Hill, Boston Airport and Graygarden. West Everett States would make a fine settlement, i already tried building there with a mod that made the area fully functional before but the downside to said mod was that since it added two bunker settlements in the same area, precombines caused a lot of crashes.

a) expanded the build area and sandbox where the pier is because the boat was out of bounds.
b) fixed a minor glitch of a wall piece inside the doorway of the main building that was duplicated for some reason and was causing some flickering due to texture overlap.
Tweaked the navmesh of the stairs of the same building outside that had a bit of an error causing NPC's to try to walk through the rail..
re-enabled some of the plants that i had removed but i still cant see them all...(very weird and im guessing the precombines may be hiding them in game since they were generated with the plants disabled..
So i suggest claiming the workshop Before installing this mod and Make sure to SAVE AWAY before installing..
Its not a real issue since quest works fine but just to be 10000000000% sure :P

Try flipping their load order and see if either option is usable

Any type of global patch scares me...
Personally i never had a crash or CTD with this mod no matter how many saves i tested...both clean and dirty....(various characters from other players as well not my own...)
Um......it is your mod list. You know... your NINE HUNDRED MOD MOD LIST?
It is not anything specifically IN the mod list. it is THAT INSANE mod list.
Once you get above 200 mods, you are pushing stability. Once you hit 500... and you had better have one hell of a system, you are in the realm of the edges of reality.
Once you cross 500, and go above that? No matter how good a system, how much RAM, how many linked processors you are running, no matter what HD or SCSI space you have, or how many, or how many god level linked graphics processors, you are in totally unstable territory.
So much is happening, so much being run in your game, and from your hardware, so often concurrently, that even just 'misfires' or 'miscommunication' incidents, can become so numerous, and hit simultaneously across multiple mods in multiple categories, that your system and the programme, can just force things, or jump them entirely, at BEST, to try not to implode... or even explode.
I am not coder or modder, not a Computer Tech dude, but even I know this. The result is, a whole lot of things, or some of the newer things, added, just wont work properly, because they are either being denied full resources needed, or even having elements fully skipped, or ignored, so Scotty can barely keep her together Captain.
I am amazed that such a loadout has maintained any kind of integrity at all. You might argue a lot of people actually run well above the zone I call the safe limit, of around 200/250 mods.... the extreme end of the safe range, btw.... but all I can say is that THEY TOO amaze me their systems have not melted down yet. It is, as Greekrage said... really WAY OUT THERE.
At that level of over the top, you really cannot expect ANY mod authors to support you, if I am honest.
Sorry, just couldnt help it, the two other commenters were somewhat .... too tactful.. perhaps.... no. It has to be hammered home bro, that mod list in on another planet, and way way too much for any reasonable ability to trouble shoot, it is way too much to even expect anything to have an kind of assured stability. That you CAN run it, alone, at all, and even PLAY the game.. should be considered a miracle, everything else should just be accepted as self induced gremlins from having such an insane mod list.
About the galleria...
I have another mod on the other side of the lake that will surely conflict for users that would want to use both if i did the galleria....but thats another story...
As for the galleria itself..
Its not that hard BUT the bowling alley is an internal cell so if i made the location a settlement that building would not be part of the settlement..for technical reasons.....
I guess i will have to think about it a bit and see what i can do...since it is a nice place and probably fun to do...

1-trash and leveled paths or terrains cannot be scrapped (not even with mods like scrap everything)
2-precombines are such a mess here
3- some quest can break due to changes
When bethesda did the precombines and previs they did it for huge chunks of the map..
This means that many locations were done together hence they had common files .
When we do the generation for specific locations like ive done here for example the generation reaches out to more than the cell im generating for .
This means if i did precomb/previs for both Atom cats and Warwick separately their outer cells would conflict resulting in resets..
When we do previs it generates in a grid of 3x3 cells with the cell im generating for as the center.... You can see the results if youre also using my Isolation mod which is next to Warwick that also has its own precomb/previs . Even though i havent gone into those cells physically while modding Warwick...The previs generation has...and it resets terrain at the cells closest to Warwick.
