Yet another vanilla settlement that people were asking for....
Even though i hardly ever spent time building here when i played the game simply because it was depressing :P
Before i start i want you to make sure to CLAIM THE WORKSHOP BEFORE INSTALLING THIS MOD AND MAKE SURE TO SAVE AWAY FROM THE LOCATION BEFORE DOING SO.
(it will still work fine even if you dont with the trigger i provided but just to keep it safe...)
I made quite a few changes to the main building so that you can make it very interesting .
It also has a second floor where the beds were moved to..(btw also swapped those beds with clean versions)
I didnt furnish it aside from some stuff that had to remain because of the residents.
I also added a top floor or penthouse and stuffed in some basic furniture for you..
Also on the roof is a custom beacon with power next to it...
The pump house (secondary building) has been redone into something that looks LOGICAL instead of pipes going in and out without a purpose.
This building also houses a big machine that purifies your water and also gives some food...(dont forget to connect it )
The industrial building has been made into a nurses office and job marker is also provided.
The location also comes with a small pier and a fish hatchery with 2 jobs feeding the fish also provided..
Other jobs are 2 guard posts that come in the form of a barricade for a marker..
Ive left you with quite a huge area to build on that is walled/fenced in and heavily guarded all the way around by preplaced turrets. If youre using the "remove turret power requirement " mod you dont need to wire them up.. If you like the old way ive provided utility poles all around the location for the turrets and anything else you need..
Ive navmeshed the whole location from scratch and also regenerated precombined and previs....
Tested and works flawlessly ...
If the workshop quest doesnt start ive also provided a setowned trigger for the workshop (simply walk up to the workbench and the settlement is yours )
Though its always a good idea to have initialization quests done before installing any mod that edits a vanilla settlement.
Also note :
SAVE AWAY FROM THE LOCATION BEFORE INSTALLING THE MOD (this applies to ALL location mods)
Plus:.... Make sure this mod loads AFTER mods like PRP
A heads up to those that are using my "isolation" mod.... This mod wont play nice with it...
but i will also add a non-previs version if needed.
