Im still quite new to modding but for some reason the glow effect show for me. I heard you need to install something else as well but im not sure. does anyone know the issue?
You know, as horrible as NMM is, you could've included a read-me file for us manual installers. Just so we wouldn't have to play "Verify Integrity of Game Cache" roulette.

Fixed i had to run NMM in as admin FFS never had that problem befor
