— Mod Overview —
Sunshine Tidings Co-op has always been an interesting place for a settlement, but, in my eyes, it doesn't do much to stand out from other locations aside from having a hippie droid. Have you ever stood at the center of this settlement and thought to yourself, "man, this settlement sure is cool, but what if it had a lake?" I did. I've always loved the idea of converting it from a set of cabins with a warehouse at the center into a little woodland campground with a large lake at the center, and so, I made it happen. I present to you, Anom's Sunshine Tidings Overhaul!
The concept for this mod was originally born from my own playthroughs of Fallout 4, where I would often use mods like Settlement Objects Expansion Pack or Build Your Own Pool to create a lake at the center of the settlement, and then build a shanty town running along the western bank. Having a settlement situated around a lake has always seemed like a fun idea, especially since I can't recall it being done anywhere else in the vanilla game, so I eventually chose to make this mod and share it with everyone else. I hope you enjoy using my mod. If you happen to find any issues, feel free to submit a bug report - keep in mind that screenshots will help dramatically with locating a problem's source.
— Compatibility —
This mod will function in just about any load-order, though keep in mind that the Workshop won't move to it's new location on existing saves - if installing mid-game, you'll need to use a mod like Place Everywhere or Move that Workbench to relocate it manually. There is also no LOD modifications included, and it is instead encouraged that you use xLODGen to generate an LOD tailored to your load order.
An additional patch for Lootable Crates is included in the optional files. If you find any other mods that appear to conflict with this mod, let me know, and I'll look into making a patch for it.
