And  Here it IS !!!

The Finch Farm Overhaul.....and i DO MEAN overhaul...  

I should probably call it Finch Town from the size and content of buildings etc.. alone...

7 dedicated residential buildings

Small clinic/hospital that also counts as housing

Warehouse with its own little sleeping area...plus a fishing boat that also has a bed...
.........


Now in the job department we have...

Plenty of farming....

4 dedicated shops : general trade/market (counter) , clothing(counter),liquor store(mat),gun shop(counter),bar  and a PIZZA parlor...(mats)
I didnt add new fish jobs because anyone using any of my latest mods already has those items in their build menu(imagine if i added new ones every time...you would have several items that do the same thing )
Though i did make you a new guard tower (static) that can be used with the guard marker i provided(tower in the wood /prefabs and marker in defense ).
and finally a nurse desk...
In the build menu you will also find a small living room set of  a couch,arm chair and a coffee table.(i didnt use them in the location because the generation of precombs didnt like it for some reason but adding them  ingame isnt an issue..

Resources:
Food and water gen
Power  and wireless power connection(all lighting wont need wires)

Technical issues:  NONE  aside from you having to assign beds to the finch family because i didnt give them their own.
Oh and almost forgot...a sleeping bag in the general store doesnt work so console it out  and replace it if you want.
I could have removed it but i dont want to cause any issues by editing in the creation kit  and them having to regenerate precomb/and previs again.
This location only has a full version with previs because it wont work without new data after all the editing that was done.
This means... PUT IT AT THE BOTTOM OF THE LOAD ORDER  so it doesnt conflict with any previs from another mod like PRP..
Suggestions:
Will probably work without issue with a clean NO PRIOR VISIT  save but it should work with a already occupied save as long as...
a) BEFORE installing this mod..you visit the location.
b)clean up the stuff you placed(if you are using the HIGHLY recommended mod called "workshop framework" go to manage and scrap the settlement.
c) fast travel away to another location  and SAVE and exit.
d) now you can install this mod
The above applies to ANY location mod not just this one...so that you dont have old data screwing things up.
NEVER install while in the location itself...

Recommended mods..
"remove turret power requirement" (saves you a lot of work hooking up several turrets already setup in the location)
"commonwealth pizza" for this mod specifically or any other mod that has pizza stuff...

Thats all that comes to mind for now...

Now all  of you that drove me nuts about this place better go and download it !!!!!  :P

and now a small complaint...

I notice MANY people asking for stuff or posting how much they liked a mod etc.. but never make a tiny effort to endorse a mod..and i do mean any mod not just mine....
C'mon people its simply saying "thanks" just as you click"like" on facebook for some pic that someone  posted without effort..
Imagine that these mods take 100s of hours of eye straining work  and all we expect is an endorsement and sometimes we might get a donation or two...
Its not like were making money to live off here...(imagine that the most ive made from "donation points" in a month from nexus is 21$...(truly sad isnt it).


Anyway..enough crying for now :P
