    Sadly I've had to remove this mod and start my save over. I've been farting around with these layouts for a week and, as seen in my other thread here, have run into some issues.

    Granted, "issues" are as subjective as our load orders are, but I run a fairly moderate list compared to most people. I'm sure my issues have to do with using PRP, Clean and Raze and maybe even Sim Settlements 2 plus other addons. What it has come down to is, for my load order, even after finally getting these layouts to work, as soon as I did build one I found I suddenly had horrific lag spikes/stuttering. For example, I used the Abernathy layout. Immediately after I was literally moving 3 steps, rubberbanding, stopping, moving 3 steps, repeat repeat. It was like I had just used Spring Cleaning, it was the all too familiar feel of broken precombines.

    Then it got worse. I decided maybe it was just that layout. So I managed layouts in the workbench and asked it to remove the layout. Well, it did, but then the game was stuck on the OK window. You can click that thing till the cows come home and it doesn't close. I had to end task. So I started going to saves where I had put a few of these out and they were also lagging horribly. Removed the layout and again was stuck on the OK button after it removed it. I ended up having to manually scrap everything but the damage was done. Those areas are now "broken" as in completely borked FPS dips and spikes.

    Further, College Square is now mostly unplayable. I'm not sure what cells that borders on but before this started happening I was moving around there just fine. Solid 60 FPS and smooth everywhere in game. In and out of the police station for early BOS quests, until I laid down some of these layouts.

    Again, I'm not saying it's "all your fault" or that of this mod, but it's certainly part of it. It's just so frustrating to have to start over again. I should film myself at this point, as I can recite every word of dialogue from every quest from the Vault to finding Nick at this point from memory. Very sad indeed.

      It's likely PRP or Clean and Raze conflicting with Sim Settlements 2 and Workshop Framework. Any time you use a mod that deletes, scraps or even changes terrain & trees you can run into game breaking occurrences like the ones you are now experiencing. My recommendation is to reload a previous save unless you are playing on Survival. Workshop Framework will clean most objects on its own so you shouldn't need it in tandem with Clean and Raze. Clean and Raze I can't find on the nexus but I am quite certain that is causing conflict in your game and load order. Hopefully you can recover part of your current playthrough but that's all the assistance I can provide at this point. Best of luck to you.

      These mods are made by Whisper who has a complete Wabbajack list. He's very aware of previsibines. I've used these two mods of his forever without a problem. Everything in my load order comes AFTER them.

      I'm confused by your statement:

      Workshop Framework will clean most objects on its own

      WSFW does not clean settlements so I'm curious what you're on about here.  Unless there's some hidden feature to it I'm not aware of.  It's OK, like I said, I'm not blaming your mod. I just can't use it in my setup. A lot of time and passion went into your builds and I'm sad I can't use them. Maybe another time I'll try a different loadout.  Time will tell!

      WSFW when you go to use a layout from my mod there is a scrap profile associated with the layout and will automatically scrap items that I selected in the layout. It is a cleanup that you can bypass entirely by the prompts as well.

    Wow, what a time saver this is going to be for me! I'm going to assume I will be holding off on Starlight till after Jake's quests are done as that's always my main settlement area. Never cared for Sanctuary building up, I just toss the basics there and let Preston and Co. keep it simple.  Great job!

      I'm having trouble with a couple of the layouts. Sunshine Tidings will start building but get to 72-78% and just stop. No crash, no messages, just won't go any further. I left it sitting for a good 20 minutes. I tried just build it, scrap first and the skip scrapping (I'm using Clean and Raze My Settlement) so perhaps it's that? Or perhaps it's papyrus logging. I had added that to my custom.ini to save a layout I had made. Since I don't get any sort of message it makes it hard to determine what's going on. Halp?

      EDIT: So I did a couple of tests. First I disabled Papyrus logging, figured that might be the main culprit. But Yes Build It didn't make it past 10%, ignore scrap got to 76% and scrap everything to 74%. What in the world is happening? I'll have to go into xEdit again, but I couldn't see anything. Maybe this time I will?

      I went ahead and just used the SS2 city plan. I just need to make it to the end of CH2, been trying for a year LOL I just can't seem to get a working LO to save my life. And this one I'm using is already starting to show problems.  Gah! I wish someone could just take my LO and show me exactly how to patch/fix it to work properly. But I'm just not skilled enough to do it myself. So frustrating.

      I'll report back when I'm using your others. I did try the Starlight one in the last "test" save and it worked fine, very interesting. Also Tenpines worked just fine. Thanks!

      I just tested it on a profile with no mods other then Sim Settlements 2 and it's associated supporting mods and it loaded correctly for me. Do you have a mod enabled that changes the vanilla world in any way such as Desperados Overhaul or anything else to change the land scape or trees? I use Mod Organizer and use that to sort my load order and have around 60+ mods installed. I encountered the very same issue you are reporting when I used the Desperados Overhaul which makes the whole map into a desert. Sadly it is completely incompatible with the function of scrapping and building a settlement.

      I'm using PRP and it's SS2 patch. I'm also running Clean and Raze My Settlement, those are probably the biggest ones, but I have looked in xEdit and when you start seeing all that previs data, yep, that's when my brain goes nope, see ya. So I'm sure it has something to do with that. Either way, I'm probably going to just use what works, and build the others. At this point I'm so desperate to finish CH2 I don't care what I build LOL.

      EDIT: OK, I'm an idiot. I moved the ESP to the bottom and Abernathy went up without a hitch. That was the latest I was trying and getting stuck on so I think the rest should be fine now. Goodness my brain is a wonder sometimes!

      Pretty sure that is the Creation Club - Settlement Ambush Kit, I will have to prune that when I go back and touch up a few items on there. Sorry for the confusion there. I will have some screenshots of Red Rocket and Starlight coming up soon as well.
