Wasteland Real Estate Vol.1 -- Modern Minimalist Home Plate

Home Plate underwent a modern makeover and transformed into a 2-bedroom 2-bathroom minimalist modern home.

This is a Transfer Settlement Blueprint. Requires the mod "Transfer Settlements - Shareable Settlement Blueprints"

Main areas include:

  • Master bedroom with a loft-style ensuite - Level 1 and Level 1.5
  • Guest bedroom - Ground Level
  • Powder room - Ground Level
  • Open plan kitchen with dining area - Ground Level
  • Living area with a fireplace - Ground Level
  • Study area with weapon displays - Ground Level
  • Workshop room with all the workbenches - Ground Level

Minimum mod dependency. Only requires:
  • Settlement Objects Expansion Pack
  • Modular Kitchen
  • CWSS redux v4

Performance friendly, it has more than 300 objects but not that many polygons since most objects are simple rectangular cubes.

Note:
This blueprint is based on the vanilla Home Plate. Any mods that edit the Home Plate interior cell may cause incompatibility.
Some items were added via console command. You will need to have Place Everywhere and use the extra objects selection function to move or scrap them if you need to.

V1.1 Better Ceilings and lights design

Installation:

Installation (Mod Manager)
Just add the file to your mod manager and install it from there. The default blueprint slot used is 20.

Installation (Manual)
1. Download the file and extract it.
2. Copy the ".json" file to the /data/f4se/Plugins/TransferSettlements/blueprints/X/ folder in your game. The last number should be changed to whatever slot you wish to use.

Before import: scrap everything (you don't need any scrapping mod for this. My blueprint will cover up all the ugly unscrapable items such as the stairs, etc)
Select the following options:
  • Import DLC items
  • Import mod-added items
  • Import wired power connections
  • Restore snapped power connections
