A Compability Patch for Better Goodneighbor and Scavenger's Apartment

If you install the outstanding mods "Better Goodneighbor" and "Scavengers Appartment" together, the ruined Nuka Cola Shop added by Better Goodneighbour blocks entrance to the appartment. This mods removes the blocking objects while keeping the original astethics.
The "Better Goodneighbor - Precombined Visibility Patch" by haplessAccreditation has been integrated into this patch and is no longer required.
Installation:
Install both Better Goodneighbor and Scavengers Appartment, then override Better Goodneighbors ESP with this mod.
Troubleshooting:
