Adds a small, dirty, cramped, ruined apartment in Goodneighbor that fits in and will make you feel like a real scavenger.

All the homes (well, for the most part) including those made by me are clean, tidy and of a size of a medium- large apartment.
This one is small. It's dirty. It's cramped. It's in a ruined building. Has a lot of storage, all of the crafting stations and junk everywhere. Like a real post-war scavenger home should look like. Also included a sink with clean running water and lots and lots of decor.
You can find it in Goodneighbor, it's near the entrance to the Third Rail. No loading doors and once you discover it, a map marker for it will appear on your map.
