The PTRS-41 mod has some amazing style but a few game breaking issues. This mod removes the manual Leveled List edits, sets up new LL injection, and moves Ammo crafting to the chem bench.

The PTRS-41 mod has some amazing style but there are a few crippling issues:
1) Nineteen Vanilla Leveled Lists are manually edited. This leads to conflicts.
2) The Leveled List edits appear to have been misunderstood and this caused an insane number of the weapons to spawn.
3) Ammo crafting in the cooking station annoyed most people.
I deleted all 19 of the manually edited Vanilla Leveled Lists and replaced them with 3 new lists, only used by this mod, and 4 Leveled List injections. The Ammo Crafting was also moved to the Chem Bench so all PTRS crafting is under one menu. Those of you with xEdits scripts can have all the PTRS crafting moved elsewhere.
Spawns:
* The melee weapon starts at level 13.
* PTRS-41, Chinese Anti-PA Rifle, and Mk.76 mod.0 - Level 20
* Ol' Painless and Mk.76 mod.1 - Level 30
* Black Shark - Level 40
