Assumptions:
1) You know how to extract any assets you need from the game
2) You have a basic understanding of both nifskope and the Creation Kit
STEPS:
1. Extract an existing display from the game, and open in nifskope. For the magazine racks, you'll want to look under setdressing>magazineracks and choose the workshop magazine rack, not the basic one. If you're going for a shelf, make sure it has nodes.
2. In nifskope, check out the nodes. These are the Ninodes listed in the tree list, but can be seen by toggling the nodes button (looks like connect-the-dots on the top bar).
