You really oughta make it easier to figure out what to delete. I deleted everything that was named GatlingLaser in your mod, still didnt work. I love all the sounds just not the gatling laser, every third shot is earrape. I assume its cause it shares sound with other lasers?
There's a few key differences 1) FO4RP is built to run independently so that means less conflicts with other mods. Particulary with weapon mods.
2) FO4RP gets better use of the in-game reverb engine(if desired) making it more compatible with Reverb and Ambience Overhaul
3) Layered sound instead of flattened. This makes every shot sound unique since there's 256+ possible combinations per weapon. There's even more when you factor in the exterior tails.
4)FO4RP includes rechambers and barrel changes. For example the .308, .38 and .45 combat rifle share the same sounds in vanilla. In FO4RP they have separate sounds. Same goes for rechambers of the pipe guns and Hunting Rifle. The Sniper, Shotgun, and Regular Laser rifle/plasmagun barrels all have different sounds. 5)All original sound. FO4R uses source sounds from paid libraries. FO4RP uses all original sound that I recorded. I wanted to do this mostly to see if I could. But also because I wanted to give the community a resource of good sounding guns. 6)Each gun has unique NPC sounds instead of sharing the same 5 sounds types.
Hate to bug you on here, man. But your most recent update of this (at least on Xbox) really makes the mod unusable due to how loud the gunshots are now. They used to be a few decibels higher than the reloads but now its like a scream and a whisper... kinda apprehensive to use this living in an apartment.
Thanks for the quick response, man. Happy to be using these sounds again ^.^
I tried out your new set btw (the mod with the blue logo) and I really like the new sfx but they all have a strange quirk with the report where pretty much every ballistic weapon makes a "VEEWOOO!" sound with the reverb, almost spacey sounding :P
My guy, where have you been. These new sounds are INCREDIBLE. I've been looking for a really good weapon sound overhaul and you just go and drop the exact thing I've been looking for. Absolutely phenomenal. The shots sound like they actually have impact to them now.
Glad to hear you're enjoying the new sounds. As to where I've been. I've been spending the last year working on my new mod. Check it out here. Fallout 4 Resound Project - Guns

Example if i use a weapon from Machineguns Rebirth at Fallout 4 Nexus - Mods and community in Power armor 1st person, whenever i open Pip Boy then close it. There will be a unequip/equip sound, it become annoying, how to delete it?
Tried delete WPNMinigunEquipUp and WPNMinigunEquipDown in Sound Descriptor but doesn't work
already added the correct string in the fallout 4 ini
cool mod overall tho!
whats the difference between this and your other mod (Fallout 4 Resound Project - Guns)
are they working and using togehter? or do they act as alternative to each other

Those are the main things that are different.

From the mods' description, I'm guessing not, but i don't lose anything by asking
