OBTE what is it? They are the templates weapons (or armors) the game use to create a weapons (or armor). These templates describes what the weapon is and what the mods it has. When the game place a weapon in a npc or in the world space, it use one of these predefined templates for this weapon.
Our problem is these templates are mods fixed. Now with our OBTE version these weapon are not anymore fixed they can use any existing mods corresponding to their style.
Example, a 308 sniper spawn with a standard receiver. Now it can spawn with any receiver your level can unlock. In vanilla the weapons are locked to your level, but mods are also locked to your level. If you also install the OMOD unlocker, to remove the level limit for mods, the mods installed on this 308 are not anymore linked to your level and you can see a powerful receiver mod at start on this 308. The raiders have access near all weapons. You can see a raider with a heavy 5.56 or .45 by example. I not changed the weapons classes the npc can use.
If you add the LVLI unlocker you can spawn a assault rifle with a powerful automatic receiver instead of a 308 at level 1. If you add the LVLN unlocker, instead of a trash raider, you can see an enraged raider using this assault rifle. Now don't think you can see a scavenger with a heavy laser. The scavengers use pipe weapons. What you can see is a scavenger with heavy pipe weapon.
The LVLI (leveled list items) are what weapon / armors / items can spawn at your level The LVLN (Leveled List NPC) are what npc can spawn at your level.
The scaling versions are used to scale all npc with your level to remove the one shot one kill on low level npcs.
All this serie of mods are used to remove all these level limitations. They can work together or independently, depending on what you want to unlock.
For the compatibility with others, these mods are set as esm files. They are installed before all other mods. Any mod you install after can overwrite freely these modifications, at the price they cannot be used anymore. By example, if you install a replacer for the assault rifle, our OBTE and OMOD for the original assault rifle stop working, but continue to work for others vanilla weapons.
About the npc scaling level. The scaling level is included in the npc themselve. It's engine limitation. By example If you use a face cleaner for raiders, their faces become clean ok, but you lose the level scaling. Because the npc level and the npc face are saved in the same object. The last mod installed is the winner. For these reasons, I not touched the settlers. The settlers do not benefit from the level scaling. But I will probably create a separated level scaling mod for settlers.
The level scaling also include the level scaling for encounter zones. You do not need to install another encounter zone mod. The mod you can install and recommended with this about encounter zones is Encounter Zone Recalculation
I created patches for JSRS vanilla and nuka world weapons. You must not install the patches from JSRS pages, Install just the main files else you overwrite our OBTE and OMOD. If you already use the patches from JSRS pages, uninstall them except the main sounds.
It's the objective to be super modular tweak and limit conflict using esm. Else you chose what you want here and pack (combine) them in vortex. Do you understand what is esm also?
Added a130 Vanilla Real Settlers in Miscellaneous files. This is a custom replacer for vanilla settlers + 205 new settlers. All settlers scaled, with clean face skin, no dirt, no damage, all named. Also include a reset of the settler triangle weight for more compatibility with looksmenu bodygen. I'm thinking on changing bone data, for tight outfits. And subtle makeup, in next release.
Example of farm female settler called Melissa (body / outfit not included). The body is auto generated by bodygen and the outfits come from Lazman555 Female outfit replacer.
trying to get the exact body type but it seems all i'm getting is a skinny body type and not the one in the picture it keeps bugging out for me and getting me stuck in the chem station do you have any advice for what i'm missing here? been trying to fix this for 3hrs now.

I have a question. To save a patch, I'm interested to reset all body weight to center and integrate it in scaling version. Like that we can use bodygen without original vanilla weighting problem. But not all player use bodygen.
Updated vanilla obte to english version + random armors. Same for nuka world.
Added patch for fallui items sorter. We need these patches like the one for jsrs because these mods overwrite all weapons or armors. And consequently remove our randomization. If you want use jsrs or fallui items sorter with obte, you must also install our patches.

Yes, instead of looting the same pipe weapon, you find a randomized pipe weapon.
With just OBTE the mods variations unlock progressively with your level instead of staying fixed. Add OMOD to unlock the need of level for OBTE Add LVLI to unlock all other weapons/armor possibilities for this container/npc
Use one or all of these 3 mods
If you also add LVLN unlocker to these 3 mods the game become substantially more difficult as you can encounter a supermutant warlord + heavy minigun at level 1.
Personally I use all these 19+ mods together to have a full randomized logic for weapons, armors + npc with level scaling.
Also I use SKK combat stalkers to spawn just random patrols. I can random encounter a disciples patrol with heavy armors + modded 7.62 weapons.
It's a unlock system for levels. It basically unlock all items, npc and weapons in game at start and optionally also scale all npc with your level.
I created this because I'm a bit tired to restart a new game and always start fight with low trash raider and pipe weapons. Also to serve as base for futures mods I create.

About the Vanilla, Far Harbor and NW NPC level list and encounter zones if I understand correctly they will scale with my current level correct? I just want Npc's to scale with me if this accomplishes that you are a legend....
