Includes support for controller and rebinding. Recommend rebinding sprint to LB on controller.

A port of my mod for Skyrim Special Edition:

Didn't port until now since F4SE was missing features at the time.
Technical Stuff:
Source included.
Uses Fallout 4's scripting system rather than replacing input code with a .dll plugin.
This currently seems to be best implementation. No issues in 6 hours of play testing.
