HI all !!
This is another "made for builders " type location.
Suggested usage.. Oil rig,sub-base and even a waterworld type build (floating settlement like the movie).
Ive basically given you a platform to start from and the build area is quite large as you see in the pics.
Ive also given you some power,a water and food gen and a working vertibird pad (marker guides the vertibird to always land on it unless you use your own markers(not suggested).
Spawn point is at the stairs and attack marker is far away on that tiny island at the airport.
I dont suggest deploying a beacon until youve built a bit around the main platform or your settlers will wander off into the water..since they have a large sandbox to move around in.

Oops !! forgot to mention that its located across from the airport and south of Fort Strong (no it wont cause my Fort strong mod any issues )
