This mod changes the entire catalogue of clothes for the Goodneighbor Watch.
The goal is to implement top notch clothing & armor mods in an immersive way.

This includes the following changes:
The Goodneighbor Watch wears the Mojave Manhunter set.
This includes Hancock & Fahrenheit, his bodyguard.

The included clothing fits seamlessly into both a vanilla game or a modded game in terms of balance, worth & acquirement.
Complete overhaul of defensive & caps values. There are small bug fixes included. Keyword & body slots are improved for a consistency across all these mods.

The crafting of the sets has been gated behind a perk requirement. This is done to prevent easy access to endgame gear.
The idea is that you get it from the world first before crafting it.

The description has been made as simply as possible.
If you want to know all the tiny details about what is changed, check the Articles.

Download with any mod manager.
Niero's Mojave Manhunter is required.
Make sure to get the skinpack, the included textures are low resolution.
Just read, you will figure out how to get them for free.

The duster clips with the pipboy.
Adjusting the mesh was not possible. You can however put the "sleeveless" mod on it, so it doesn't clip.

The goal
The goal is to implement other mods into the game in an immersive way.
In my eyes, that means you find the armor somewhere in the world. Be that an NPC, a vendor or a location.
Most clothing mods are easily obtained & most of the time overpowered in stats, unbalancing the entire game.
Therefore I gate them behind something, and balance them to fit seamlessly into the vanilla game.

Balance Patches
Most gameplay overhaul mods will be compatible without needing a patch.
I support 3 gameplay overhauls. These are Unbogus, Lunar & Better Locational Damage.
Horizon is no longer among supported overhauls. It does it's own thing regarding clothing and it's complicated and time consuming to patch.
For now the Horizon 1.8 patch can be found under optional files. Upon the release of Horizon 1.9, this patch will be retired.
I will also check popular mods that do something similar or might conflict. If it needs a patch, It's possible I make one for it.
And if I personally use a mod that conflicts, a patch will also be available for those.

Patch order
Since this mod overwrites outfit records, it needs to win those conflicts. Logical thinking can solve every issue.
An example would be: Lunar<Meliora Clothing Overhaul<Look At Me RE<Patches.
This means that Look At Me RE wins the conflicts from all the previous mods, the patches correct what's wrong and therefore no issues are caused.

Weird issues with <insert mod here>
Do not use any other patches for this mod or the required clothing mods. It will cause issues.

Naked or vanilla outfit
The NPC was already spawned on the save you are using.
Go as close as possible to the NPC, open console, click on the NPC until a code appears, type "resurrect", enter.
After closing the console, you will see the NPC disappear for a second and spawn in the correct outfit.
If this does not correct it, something else is overwriting this mod. Probably another mod, let this mod win the conflicts in that case.

Texture glitches
Purple, you are missing textures.
No body, you are missing meshes.
Weird shine, you are missing materials.
Clipping, you are using a body mod.
