Hello and welcome to another preset I had been working on a few years ago but never finished to my satisfaction. After getting back into Fallout and creating a fresh ENB for the vanilla weather I have decided to come back and finish it.
This is for people who have the excellent True Storms by Fading Signal and True Nights by Nikonthenet. Heavily inspired by the equally excellent Subtle ENB but more tailored to the specific weather mods. Incedently you must have both Storms and Nights installed for this to look correct.
Before playing remember to disable the vanilla Ambient occlusion in the launcher settings!
This ENB:
Is tailored for true nights and significantly darker than vanilla weather
Uses a Subtle DOF effect
Uses Original Bloom settings (No institute blindness)
Utilises Post pass effects such as Sweet FX to tint the lighting.
Uses self intersecting AO
Tweaks all rain types to look less like falling glass
Tweaks water
Reduces Interior fog
Uses Luma sharpening very mildly
Scales back vanilla fog so True storms Volumetric additions can shine when appropiate
This ENB does not:
Overdarken nights (you can still see by the light of the moon, although a light is genrally advised!)
Work well with a vanilla setup (see my other ENB FallOpt ENB for that)
Require a massive amount more power that most, If you can run both required weather mods you should be ok.

For reference my specs are:
AMD 3600x CPU
Nvidia 1080ti GPU
32gb Ram
1tb sata ssd
I play at 1440p with everything on ultra and get 60-100 FPS.
Recommended Mods
Institute Floor Fix By Me. This greatly reduces the floor glare you get when using an enb in the institute. Just 2 texture files but it makes a difference.
