Just checked it, the regular blowtorch shows as intended (& its awesome! ), but the fumigus one looks weird, with black shadows on the item, not like the metallic-brown shown on the pictures. Even extracted the files, same result.
Down for a bit until I repack it like I did with this mod to avoid any CreateTexture2D errors from badly compressed cubemaps (because of Archive2). I'll unhide it today.
Because with the new compression the size difference between 1K and 2K was negligible but the quality dropped significantly, so I'd recommend just using the 2K version considering it's well optimized now.
I had some crashes and a warning with Buffout about a texture, I narrow the issue to this mod and deactivating it fix the issue every time I tried, I used the 1k and 2k versions but unpacked the textures from the bsa.
The error shown in Buffout is: Warnings\CreateTexture2DWarning.cpp(60): [critical] A call to ID3D11Device::CreateTexture2D failed with error code 0x80070057. This will crash the game.
Not trying to be that guy but the license under which you got the mesh reads as follows:
?(...) No additional restrictions — You may not apply legal terms or technological measures that legally restrict others from doing anything the license permits. (...)
This is kind of incompatible with the permissions you set on the Nexus page. The mesh, and possibly the textures (depending on how they were created - from scratch or as a spin-off) must be available for further remixing/redistribution under that license.

You are free to remix the original asset from the original page according to their license, but if you're using the textures or anything I made for this mod, you have to abide to my set permissions. This mod is a derivative work as specified, which falls under an Adapter license.

I was going to download this until I saw I had to forfeit my skeleton. I refuse, I plan on fighting bone hard in the skeleton war for my own side. The Spooky Scary Skeleton side.

CC-BY (Attribution) is not CC-BY-SA (Attribution-ShareAlike). Only ShareAlike licenses force you to use the same license in Adapted materials.
Also, "effective technological measures" means DRM or any kind of encryption, which this mod does not have.
