About this mod

This is a Transfer Settlement Blueprint of Greentop Nursery using Sims Settlements 2 plots.

Requirements
Permissions and credits
Greentop Nursery is a settlement of the Commonwealth. I never really cared for building it up in the past. But I buckled down and wanted to make my build available for you. This is a Sims Settlements build but using the Transfer Settlements system to import it.

On another note. If you have Sims Settlements 2, I do suggest finishing the questline for it. Doing so will unlock many more types of plots and benefits for your settlement. Greentop Nursery was built with the extra plots that came available after the main questline. And the pictures are when the plots have grown to their 3rd tier.

Also when importing the file make sure you check the "sims settlements" option on the bottom of the list.

This settlement offers:

*Ready for 21 settlers
*Has 37 food
*Has 33 Water
*100 Power
*296 Defense
*And will make 100% Happiness
*Entire 2nd floor space available for more shops or homes

Settlers should automatically choose a plot. But if they don't or you'd like to reassign a settler. Go into the building mode. And click on the settler and go to what plot you want to assign them and click assign. Also this settlement should get you to 100% settler happiness with no extra help. So if you want to get the achievement I'd suggest you download the achievement activator. Here

These stats are when the settlement has grown. I really like how the settlements grow periodically. So make sure to check in on it from time to time. I tweeked the platforms to allow room for the plots to grow and get around. So if you decide to edit a few things, you may have to change it more as the town grows.

This settlement will only need 4 mods. I have a link for all mods needed on the file download section. If for some reason the file doesn't place the file in the correct place. Then the mod won't read the file. If this happens go to your Fallout4 folder. then follow this: Data/F4SE/PLUGINS/TRANSFERSETTLEMENTS/BLUEPRINTS... Place the #7 folder in the blueprints folder. Then load up the game. You're all set. If you need more in depth help then go to the Transfer Settlements page. I hope you enjoy this settlement. I hope to bring more settlements in the future.

Thank you
