The trouble is, More Weaves is already a significant cheat by removing the need to do some Railroad work to get the DIA ballistic fibre technology. True, More Weaves aren't quite as good as Railroad's Ballistic Weave, and that does make its cheat slightly more acceptable - though still too good (imho, it should only be half that of Ballistic Weave). But by your adding very good lead protection to More Weaves as-is, you are then essentially making them far better than what the Railroad can possibly offer. Their DIA cache was above-top-secret black projects stuff (possibly back-engineered alien technology), not really something any backstreet armourer could knock up as the More Weaves mod imagines - and now you're simply massively boosting that cheat rather than making it any more realistic.
Please consider an add-on that reduces More Weaves values to half that of the Railroad's, and makes your lead a lot heavier and only half as good. That would then not only be a correction to the original mod but a great addition to it. Thanks for at least reading/considering.
This mod does not replace anything. It adds leaded versions of the weaves in the original More Weaves mod. You would need both mods to get both the new leaded versions and the original unleaded.
I have this mod working on my system, but it was created using FO4Edit and hence did not need to be installed via Nexus, just added to the Plugins.txt file. When you create a mod using FO4Edit the new mod file(s) are saved directly into the current Data folder in your Fallout4 install.
Sorry. Yes I have the original but it wants to override it with this one. Sez multiple plug ins. Warning#%....Computers for dummies was written for me. So I went to plug ins....Sez "Plug ins not sorted due to cyclic rules".
So I enabled plug in and dismissed the Nexus warning. Went in game anyway. Got a ctd from the armor bench when I tried to change leather armor chest weave.
TLDR : I uploaded a new version and suggest you try that with Vortex.
Long version :
The old version referenced the original More Weaves as a master file and I performed a master file cleanup on my plugin which removed that reference and hopefully will resolve the problem you are having with Vortex. Please let me know how that goes as it's not practical for me at this stage to transfer my existing Fallout 4 setup to Vortex for plug-in management - I'd have to reinstall all my current plug-ins.
