Delays the start of the Edward Deegan force greet for the Special Delivery side quest to require completion of Reunions.

This mod is a simple immersion tweak that I found useful for my own playthrough.

In vanilla, as soon as you enter the Dugout Inn, Bunker Hill, or the Third Rail, Edward Deegan is all up in your face trying to get you to work for him. He claims that he's heard you're a person capable of facing danger. But in vanilla, this only requires you being level 10, and it's very likely that you've faced little danger at all!

This mod changes the trigger for Edward Deegan's spawn to require completion of the main quest "Reunions," aka killing Kellogg. I figured that was a natural point in the story where you would've made a name for yourself. With this mod, Deegan won't spawn in any of his three original locations until after you've completed that quest, after which he'll spawn in any of the three (triggered when entering DC, BH, or GN) and force greet you just like in vanilla. If you want to start Special Delivery and the Cabot House questline without progressing the main quest, just go to Cabot House and pass the speech checks for entry. Otherwise you can delay Deegan's appearance indefinitely. 

Esl-flagged esp. Shouldn't conflict with anything except for mods that overhaul the Special Delivery quest.

Mod is safe to install on an existing save as long as you haven't entered Diamond City, Bunker Hill, or Goodneighbor yet (though I recommend sticking at the end of your load order if installing any mod mid-game).
