Delays the start of the Confidence Man side quest to require completion of Unlikely Valentine.

This mod is a simple immersion tweak that I found useful for my own playthrough.
In vanilla, the quest to "fix" Travis for Vadim starts whenever you enter the Dugout Inn a second time, and that's the only requirement. This mod adds an additional requirement - completion of the main quest "Unlikely Valentine." Now, the initial conversation with Vadim about Travis (where he acts like he wants to kill the poor DJ) only happens on your second visit to the Dugout Inn after completing Unlikely Valentine. That way you can spend your first trip to Diamond City without getting overwhelmed with quests (especially with the inn being the natural place to sleep in survival mode).
Esl-flagged esp. Shouldn't conflict with anything except for mods that overhaul the Confidence Man quest.
Mod is safe to install on an existing save as long as you haven't visited the Dugout Inn yet (though I recommend sticking at the end of your load order if installing any mod mid-game).
