for anyone having issue with the walls not showing up in your blueprints folder for transfer settlements you can manually place the file into the folder and it will show up, to find the folder check the transfer settlements mod page, it will tell you where to find it.

Got a question.   Activated the mod. and yes I have the prerequisites but it did not show up in the plugins list.  Is this a TS or a standalone mod for that location because nothing happened.

I noticed that the projector building is repaired and the area is mostly flat.   Which mod is that since it is definitely a requirement as well and should be noted?

Fair point and thanks for pointing that out, I have totally missed the use of:
Clean and Smooth Settlements - The Complete Commonwealth Collection by okie1682
      I also use
Build High - Expanded Settlements 5.0 by ThemonWillow

Thanks for the reply.   Was pretty sure it was one of the clean and flat mods which I use as well as Build high.  Just wanted to be sure before i planted these walls down.   The look great and I appreciate the work you have done, it will save me countless hours and I can now concentrate more on the area within.

Cheers for that, I did it because i keep starting new games and got sick of building walls. I use starlight as primary base so it made sense to prebuild the walls.
