also, the game just keeps crashing I've completed transferring the settlement
1. time I've completed I walked away and then wanted to teleport to sanctuary than it just froze and the game didn't do anything anymore 2. I've connected at stated power to the logic gate and it crashed 3. I wanted to quicksave right after completing the transferrin
Why would you not want resources? The nice thing about this blueprint is that you can actually make those changes yourself, just scrap and or store the resources.
There are some mods that delete some workshop stuff, making not able to scrap or store. And I like to think these are "abandoned" settlements, so you don't need to build everything all over again (and to put a little bit of dificulty to the game as well).
Ah OK I see your point, I have an idea of how this could be done and could be a simple task for me to do. I could create a third blueprint for download omitting resources and give that option as a download. I'll look into over this weekend. The only downside to that is that I would have to do two exports in which can be lengthy.

You have to store the logic gate in the workshop first then put it back on the wall, I mentioned that in the description page, hence it would CTD.
When you put them both in the workshop just come back out with the NAND Gate that way you only have to use one single gate instead of two.
PS: In your blueprints, could you make a version without resources? (defense, water, food, beds, vendors...)

Its just a tiny suggestion.
