Added a new optional test file to find which data generation method works for those with the issue. File is under optional as OverwatchBETA This is a different data generation method. Make sure the old version is completely removed from your data folder. If possible save away from the location then exit uninstall ,then enter the game WITHOUT the mod and save again/exit....and finally install the new version and try again...
Version 1.1 uploaded with fresh Precombine and previs regeneration. This is basically for those that had an issue with missing most of the location JUST IN CASE there was some kind of corruption with the previous data.
Anyone that has experienced half or more of the location reset (back to its vanilla state with a lot of stuff missing ) please report and state any mods you are using that effect the immediate area (lexington mods,greygarden mods,Mods that effect the highway bridge etc. and also state if you are using the previs repair pack)... Im trying to find which mod can reset this location to this extent...

In fo4edit have conflict with your others mod for lexington and oberland station. The bridge between oberland and graygarden become invislble by example.
Thats a precomb/previs data conflict.... Cant be fixed. It may work if you had a ini edit that disables precombined objects but that wouldnt be too good for you since youre using a potato rig...
There is a precombine conflict with another mod.... Its overwriting OverWatch precombine data resulting in missing meshes...,and from what i saw in your pics DrivingHard....Its basically resetting the whole area.. Edit: Confirmed that you have a conflict... Just tested with and without the mod and im seeing what you showed me . Its like my mod doesnt exist anymore.... Its being reset. Biggest suspect is any graygarden mods since they are VERY close. Especially ones that have terrain edits,flora edits,clean ups etc.. and have generated new precomb and previs data.
wait up loading an alpha version before previs was generated (in case you have a previs conflict) AND DONOT throw that stuff into the data folder...they go to specific folders (precombs are 100s of files )

Not good to hear... This means we have a conflict somewhere.. So far i havent been able to reproduce the issue that 2 of you have reported.. Also note : any mods,ini edits etc that effect precombines are all suspect..
Going to try generating the data AGAIN with another method and see if that has any effect on you situations(maybe bypass the conflict)
I love your mod, but: It's no listed when I want to send a settler there. The Beacon recruits and I can send settlers from there to anywhere, but not the other way. Same problem with concord downtown.
I do love this mod but unfortunately, it's not compatible with another great mod. "Lexington Interiors". Doesn't crash but it is missing a lot of objects here and there. Will endorse just the same.

This 2 version same problem disappeared/reset location.
If use TheOverwatchAlpha(no precomb or previs)-55047-0-1.rar, there is no problem.
So, i checked out the TheOverwatchAlpha(no precomb or previs) file and...perfect. Works great. Smooth. No flickering.
Most people have tons and tons of mods so nailng down what the issue is...isnt always easy. Most people have zero idea that it's on their end.
At the same time, the feedback (i think) helps both mod user and mod maker as far as what to look for and what breaks what. A learning process.
I'm glad you work with people to help out that process.
Love the medieval versions you're doing...just a lot more fun to work with. Endorsed!

b) this mod has nothing to do with concord...Thats another author...
c) mod was tested with over 10 different saves /characters and game states..Zero issues... Both sending and receiving settlers and trade routes..
Also did you use the provided beacon or put one in the corvega cell...?( i gave instructions NOT to do so )
