The work on the fixes is going well. Fixed almost all animations. I also managed to remove the limitation on one rifle in the inventory, due to which flashlights and shotgun stopped working. While the new script is still at the testing stage, but the results are very good.
I noticed that some users face a problem when the game crashes when trying to fire a weapon. In most cases, this is due to a conflict between the master files. If you install Shanxi Type-97 and my Rangemaster (or/and Light Support Weapon), then you need to replace the master file that comes with the mods with an extended version. This version is located in the Optional Files section.
on the latest version english alt i have 3d person animation issuses (no sprinting cant walk backwards) ive also installed the anim fix and it did nothing
not sure if anyone will see my question, but... so I use weaponsmith extended and I can modify all your weapons just fine, with one exception - your guns do not accept any legendary mods. I mean option is there, but when i try to add double shot for example, these mods aren't on the list. Any solution to that? :( edit: found ONE mod that works - penetrative. Is this intentional for Rangemaster?
This weapon is glitched on my end, hoping someone knows the issue. When I pick the weapon up from an enemy, there is no ammo type for the gun. Have animation fix and extra ammo types and while every gun made by this author works great for me, this one is broken.
I noticed that the receivers for the Sentinel and normal Rangemaster have completely different offsets for the parts, and the Sentinel one only works properly if the forends are present. I assume this is due to the special animations for the M3 underbarrel right? Just in case anyone thinks this is a bug, the mod works fine- I am trying to merge both weapons in one entry so they can be interconverted and found that if I use the Sentinel receiver mesh the weapon must have a Sentinel forend attached. I thought of moving the Remap Node keywords from the grips to the receivers but I do not know if they have to be there - they seem identical across receivers however.
Also, this thing is just beautiful. Replaced both the Rangemaster and Service Rifle mods in my list since the Sentinel already plays the part, and I like having both in the same weapon. Feels very good to use
EDIT: Nevermind, I can have both attached - since the forend for the Sentinel only displays with the Sentinel receiver having it attached to the normal Rangemaster makes it work once receivers are swapped. Kudos for setting them up so modularly!
i can't walk backwards in third person when this weapon is equipped. the "Rangemaster Anims Fix" file fixes this? why isn't this bug listed in the description? its a pretty big bug.
