The Helmet from Helmeted Spike and Cage Armors is now a seperate Helmet named Heavy Helmet ; with added meshes, textures, material and bodyslide files.
Leveled lists adjusted so NPCs that spawned with an Helmeted Spike/Cage Armor will have both an armor and a helmet.
