As a collecting junkie, I love this mod to pieces (also you have more planned drinks I cannot wait), but also wish it had a shelf like Nuka-Cola or Vim! do. Is there any chance that's coming down the pipe?
One small suggestion, if I may. Adding the keywords ObjectTypeWater [000F4AED] and ObjectTypeExtraCaffeinated [00249F9D] would quench the thirst as well as reduce the need for sleeping in survival mode.
Do you have any ideas for the cocktail update? if not I would suggest looking into some of the interesting new alcohols added in Fallout 76 such as Nukashine, maybe some call backs to old drinks like the atomic cocktail in New Vegas.

Are they fairly rare? I've yet to come across a single one in days of gameplay. Nothing touching alcohol LL, etc.
