About this mod:
It lets you recruit Mac, the cheerful random enounter bartender. If he's assigned to a Restaurant, he'll become a Level 4 merchant. If he's not assigned to a drink shop at all, he'll revert back to his original limited vendor container. You can find him northeast of Sunshine Tidings co-op (a quest marker will help you).
