Hello @Zorkaz, Very thoughtful mod. I already gave him new clean clothes, armor, a shotgun, clean food and water and aiding chems...
You say "Not everything is scrappable." but almost nothing is scrappable, even with "Scrap Everything" and "Place Everywhere" (extra selection) installed. That is the only downside. Would really be perfect if we could but I guess there are some limitations.
Do you know if selecting, disabling and marking for delete would be "fine" for the trash lying around? Or I shouldn't do that, risking braking my savegame?
UPDATE: I noticed that almost nothing can be even selected via console. I guess the whole pier was baked as a single model or something.
Sadly, i cant have any of your recruit mods. I dunno why but every time i try i get CtD, the game doesnt even enter main menu. I think it has something to do with all newermind43's power armor models from FO76 ( and more). i have no idea how to fix this. Im really bummed cause the are all cool.
Finally a mod for Donny, it always hurt my feelings to not be able to do anything for him. But it wouldn't be easier to just invite him for one of the settlements?
I tried the mod, but I'm having the "won't t talk bug" too -- although, I think he quit talking before I added the mod. I didn't kill Zao, but I told Donny that it was a submarine and he was all disappointed - and after that he would just look at me. So it may no be a bug on your part, but a game glitch...
No, nothing seems touched, which makes it impossible to scrap more than the items you can pick up, stuff like that. Someone mentionned even Place Everywhere (which is a nice mod) and Scrap Everything (which is a potentially game-breaking mod, be careful) don't seem to be able to get them rid of things in their way.
2. Yes I hate messing with precombines previs as I have to quadruple work just for the .esl again. It breaks havoc physics of fences and stairs sometimes so I don't touch it
3. Donny isn't a settler. Retroactively making NPCs settlers can break their complete AI and since he's a questgiver I left it at that.

I know, it's probably someone at Bethesda goofed the names...
1: Only extends to the pier itself. There's workbenches and other things right nearby, they'd be very useful.
2: Most of the stuff isn't scrappable. The biggest offender is the collapsed house but the lawn chairs aren't helping either.
3: One of the beds is both unscrappable and not counted as a bed. At the same time, Donny ain't a settler?

But again I tried using my companion scripts on him but he refused to change his AI anyway
