Sep13: Tweak to mesh and esp to improve iron sight plus 2 additional barrels for the pistol.

1.  Description: Conversion of REB85's  Tokarev pistol to a game asset.

 The Soviet gunsmith Tokarev was given a very difficult, impossible task, which he was able to complete. He had to create a large army pistol, with the ability to conduct automatic and single fire, weighing up to 2 kilograms, with a magazine capacity of more than 20 rounds, while the pistol had to be accurate as a sporting weapon and reliable as an army weapon. The result was a very accurate weapon with very low recoil and high power.

3. Mods:  There are some general mods for the barrel and the receiver.  These mods for the receiver do not change the look of the weapons just tweak the performance.  Additionally, there is currently one scope (in 6x and 10X power) that can be attached to the pistol/rifle.  Added some additional muzzle variants that add extra power to the weapon for taking out more dangerous critters.
Open to input in this area for other mods that may be useful for the weapons.

4. Constructible Weapons/Ammunition:  The weapon may be built at the Chem Station under the category Tokarev.  It uses 7.62 caliber ammo constructible at the chem station.

5. Container:  The items must be made at the chem station, some ammo has been placed in the Commonwealth to be found (Super Duper Mart, and Wicked Shipping near the Abernathy Farm).

6. Plans & Issues: will tweak the performance and add some mods based on user feedback.  
Only issue found is have not gotten the ammo mag to sit properly in the rifle version. It sticks out a odd angle from the grip .. working to adjust this.  Other issue is the animation for the Tokarev rifle uses the combat rifle which makes reloading strange on the weapon.
