Enb used is DECENT PLUS - Photographic and Playable
and lighting mod is NAC X - NATURAL AND ATMOSPHERIC COMMONWEALTH 10 - Legacy Edition
i recommend you use Fusion Girl since the preset was built on it it has its own 4k skin textures you can find it here
use a body mode of your choice CBBE or Fusion Girl .etc
make sure to match the unique player body example fusion girl has its own unique player version
for the tattoos to appear you need Josie - Body Textures and Unique Player Setup 2.0
hair is from Black Desert Online Hairs

this should be optimal i believe i also used Oni cute asian face parts and Josie - Body Textures and Unique Player Setup 2.0 i got this on form elsewhere you need to google it i believe and make sure to put it one lower in the mod order not esp order so it overwrite the other body mods so it looks right for working tattoos

if you want kneepads and elbow pads you need this mod Tactical Armor kit
headband you can find Vtaw Wardrobe6 Main
