Adds a carry-weight limited backpack system. Compatible with every backpack!

Thanks DMagnus for letting me use his awesome mod Accessible Backpacks as a base for this one!
So what this mod does is add 5 activators that open up a "backpack". Essentially, you press a button in your inventory and you will open a container with a fixed max carry weight, according to which activator you use. The options are:
- 80 lb Backpack
- 100 lb Backpack
- 120 lb Backpack
- 160 lb Backpack
- 200 lb Backpack
Each activator is connected to a different container, so if whatever reason you feel like using two different sized backpacks you can without a problem.
DMagnus' original mod gave you said activators when you equipped one of the backpacks added in by backpacks of the commonwealth, and, while I agree that is the most immersive way to do this, I opted for maximum compatibility so you can use the activator while using any (or no) backpack. Ideally, if you're striving for max realism you should remove any carry weight bonus that backpack might give you. You can do that pretty easily using FO4Edit.
You can craft the activators at any chemlab, they require nothing and they're in the Utility section.

Installation
Install using your mod manager of choice as per usual. If you're feeling frisky and want to do a manual install, just unzip the archive into your Data folder.

Same thing as above.
FAQ
Q: Why does the carry weight say 150?
A: I haven't the foggiest, if anybody knows how to force an actor's carry weight to show up as something else in the inventory menu let me know!
Q: Why is my character greeting thin air every time I open my backpack?
A: That's because technically you're opening an Armor Rack and the player character apparently likes to chat with them before opening their inventory.
Q: Why does this simple mod need F4SE?
A: In my testing I noticed that there isn't a vanilla way of checking if the pipboy is open if you're running Fallsouls (which I use) so I had to resort to a F4SE function. In fact, if you're using Fallsouls and open your backpack through your pipboy, don't take too long to exit out of it otherwise the backpack won't open.
