This happened to me also. My issue was that I had reached the BA2 archive limit. I resolved it by unpacking a dozen or so archives from other mods. There are decent guides on how to do this that can easily be found on Google
why are the mod's sounds not working? Some weapons I patched work, others have no guns sounds anymore. It seems some of the mod's sounds are not loading, is it because the archive is too big?
The module is great, especially my favorite muffler. Wearing it no longer gives me the feeling of quietness. But the explosion sound in the headphones is very loud, which causes a lot of damage to my ears. How to adjust the volume?
1. Quick fix: Use an alternate mod for explosions like Commonwealth Explosion Overhaul which will overwrite JSRS's and also comes with a reduced volume option. 2. Comprehensive fix: Use Reverb and Ambiance Overhaul - Tweaked instead of the original RAO which has some issues. Then install Persistent Volume Sliders which gives you more fine control of volume levels (albeit not specifically explosions).

I won't be making patches for every weapon mod, nor will I be taking requests.
If you want to patch other weapon mods, I made an article describing how to do so using FO4Edit. It's really quick and easy to do.
Omega4D2 made a great video tutorial:
Installed JSRS and got horrible flickering buildings.
Had to unfortunately uninstall this mod.
for example:
JSRSMOD
JSRSREGIONS
