Morley cigarettes it is. Cancer Man now on the To-Do-List. It shall be done. Morleys will be in his inventory and probably add it to other things. See the mainpage under Future Plans for updates. Cancer Man will also have a cig in his mouth.
Skinner and Dogget are now on the X-Files To-Do-List (See main page [Future plans] section). Thank you for your feedback, it really helps to know what people want.
Note: All NPC characters that are built specifically for X-Files are NOT generic. Creation Kit is used to build their stats and abilities. To the Community: Tell me what abilities (perks / skills) you think Skinner and Dogget should have. The sky is the limit. Whatever responses you come up with, will be matched as close as possibly allowed in CK. (Note: CK has a HUGE list of abilities many unused). Community feedback is greatly appreciated. Your responses will be factored into the decision making process of the characters developed.
You have NO IDEA how long I waited for this mod!!!!!!!!!!!! X-Files is like...my second life. lol! I have to ask though, where can they be found in order to recruit them. Also, can you send them to any settlement?
