When does the repaired saw appear? Is that levelled? Activating the plan didn't add the saw. I thought they might be in the lake and searched around there.
Also are the parts available separately e.g. a mod? I looked through various mods. I could find spinning blades in an SS addon but what do they fit into?
If I recall correctly, the saw blades themselves come from the "lumbermill" building choice on an industrial plot in that building, and the conveyor line around it rebuilds slowly as the city plan itself levels up.
