Adds a new weapon to the game: 10mm Compact SMG.
This submachine gun has a slower rate of fire than the others but higher damage, resulting in being easier to aim and consuming less ammo. The weapon model is sort of based on MAT-49 but it is not an exact copy.
The weapon starts to appear in game after reaching level 10. It is sold by gun vendors and sometimes used by gunners and raiders. Modifications include 8 receivers, 4 magazines, 2 barrels, 2 stocks and a suppressor.
