Not a little patch or addon, but new lore-friendly weapon

- Permissions and credits
-Animations(Glock 19x required)
-Walther PPK injected into LLs via quest
-Walther "Deliverer" is unique PPK which utilize 10mm round.
-ESLfied ESP(so it won't eat game's plugin budget of 256 mods)
-BA2 Archived
-Brand new bugs
Integrated into level lists and trader chests, can be crafted.
If you already got Deliverer - rebuild it on workbench, start from the receiver.
