Broke my fix in the last upload, sorry >.<
Tested properly and is now applying the correct rank. It checks when you load the game, as well as when you advance BoS quests that might result in a rank change.

Resolved some logic errors in the rank check
Resolved my own damn error in giving you all that message on every load - even when you hadn't joined the BoS yet. Ooops.
